dWKF and SportAccord’s Doping-Free Sport Unit (DFSU) join forces for anti-doping education at World Karate Championships.

SportAccord’s DFSU recently participated in the World Karate Federation’s continuous efforts to keep karate free of doping through education and prevention, on the occasion of the recent WKF World Championships in Bremen, Germany. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)’s Outreach model was used as the core element of the programme to raise awareness among athletes. In addition to the anti-doping educational material provided, athletes were encouraged to participate in a multilingual ‘Play True’ quiz and test their knowledge by answering 10 multiple choice questions. – See more at: Sportaccord
