Antonio Diaz a empezado su preparacion para el mundial de Paris de este año, con un viaje a Japon donde estara unas semanas de entrenamiento con su maestro Yoshimi Inoue. Esta sera su primera visita del año para la prepararción del el mundial. Como siempre el no es el unico que esta en Tottori entrenando con Soke Inoue, esta vez Antonio tuvo el placer de compartir el dojo con Atsuko Wakai 4 veces campeona del mundo en kata (1998, 2000, 2002 y 2004) y el equipo de Gifu Prefecture del cual Wakai es la entrenadora, esa ciudad es la que organizara el All Japan Sports Festival este año, otra persona que comparte los entrenamientos es Mina Yamazaki de USA.
